The Volunteer Program Manager will provide administrative and project management support for 15 – 30 hours per week depending on the season. This is a non-paid role and is ideal for an individual whose life situation provides a lot of flexibility.
Broad responsibilities include liaising with our fiscal agent, United Charitable and providing all necessary approval and reporting requirements; engaging with volunteers and community partners; administering event programs and registration for bi-annual BootCamps and other major events, as well as providing customer support.
The individual will be an independent, self-motivated, process-oriented person who enjoys communicating and working with a 50+ audience; has excellent attention to detail and follow-through! Must be proficient with Word, note taking, and corresponding diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders. Must also be comfortable with basic Excel and updating social media accounts. HTML knowledge is a plus.
The current Program Manager will be transitioning in April and will be available for training. A detailed job description is available upon request.
