BoomerWorks is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit organization. 


We are changing the way professionals age 50+ who are in-transition or are facing ageism in the workplace earn income by transitioning from W-2 to self-employment. We provide resources to help them become successful freelancers or small business owners. 


But, we can't do it without the wonderful help of our volunteers. 


And as our programs are growing fast, as well as the community we serve, so does our need for more of you who wish to “give back” and put your skills to work to help the important BoomerWorks mission.


It is a great way to meet other extraordinary people, network, learn and share your talents.

Program Manager Needed!

Volunteer Leadership Position


This is an important non-paid role on the BoomerWorks leadership team and Advisory Board.


We are looking for an independent, self-motivated, process-oriented person who enjoys communicating and working with an audience of professionals aged 50+ to serve as our liaison with other organizations as well as provide project management support.
